Freedom Holding Corp., the parent company of Freedom24, has announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on December 31, 2025. The company delivered resilient operating results across its diversified financial services businesses. For the three months ended December 31, 2025, Freedom Holding Corp. reported total net revenue of $628.6 million, net income for the quarter amounted to $76.2 million, while basic and diluted earnings per share were $1.27 and $1.25, respectively. Over the nine months of FY2026, total net revenue reached $1.7 billion, net income stood at $145.4 million, and basic and diluted earnings per share were $2.43 and $2.38, respectively. During the quarter, Freedom Holding Corp. continued to expand its customer base across all business segments. As of December 31, 2025, the total number of customers reached 7.2 million, driven by growth in brokerage accounts to 828,000, banking service users to 4.5 million, and insurance customers to 1.2 million. The number of Freedom SuperApp users increased to 4.3 million, while customers of non-financial services reached 697,000. Commenting on the results, Founder and CEO of Freedom Holding Corp.
