Discussing this topic alongside representatives from Commerzbank and Reply, he said: "From the very beginning, we built the company on the principles of rapid change: we test, launch, adjust, and implement again – and we're not afraid of mistakes, because without them, innovation is impossible. We're inspired by this dynamic. Perhaps because we've always strived to change established processes with fewer resources and capital than major market players." 💡 At another session titled "Operational AI – Where Banks Are Seeing Real Impact," Renat Tukanov, Chief Technology Officer at Freedom Holding Corp., discussed the practical implementation of AI across banking processes, including automation and digital mortgages. He noted: "According to recent estimates, we have implemented approximately 70 different AI initiatives. Overall, we see a significant impact of AI on operational processes, especially in banking, including customer scoring, service quality assessment, and other key metrics. Of course, there's a lot of buzz around this topic, and sometimes it's worth following trends, but the most important thing is practical benefit." The discussion also brought in perspectives from experts at Boston Consulting Group and TD Bank, who contributed to a broader look at how AI is being adopted across the industry.
