🐹🗺 ROADMAP: CARTEL CLEARING, BEASTS AND NEW CITIES 🏙⚔️

Dear Hamster Kings,
We've put together our plans for Hamster King's near future: territory clearing, Cartel gear, Beast Gangs, Unique items, the Shadow Exchange, new Cities, and expanded holdings. Here's what to expect.
🧹 Clearing Your Own Base
Business centers and key buildings on your base are under threat — independent Cartels across the canal are gaining strength and pushing you out.
You'll be able to send your own Cartels to clear city blocks in their downtime between Pits and Wars, bringing back loot — extra resources and items.
⚔️ Clearing Resistance Hotspots
Cartels can also clear other districts and cities. These missions are riskier and demand more strength, so choose which Cartels to send where — but rewards are much better than at home.
A Cartel on one activity isn't blocked from others, so combine clearing runs however you like.
🎽 Cartel Gear
Every Hamster Cartel wants its own stylish outfits, weapons, and accessories — and soon they'll get the chance. Gear slots apply to the whole Cartel, from simple Power boosts to General-level bonuses. Build, upgrade, and complete your own gear sets.
🦁 Beast Gangs
Hamster Cartels have already proven themselves against Beasts — now it's time to recruit them into your army. Beasts are a different level of power, so leveling and fighting with them works differently: you'll bring a limited number into battle as a "deck," each with its own abilities. To get the Beast you want, travel to its home city.
✨ Unique Properties
Some entities across the game world will be able to become Unique — not just stronger bonuses, but a separate class combining things that normally don't mix, like a Business granting Crystals, max Energy, and Rumor income from newcomers all at once.
Unique artifacts will be obtainable by the smallest and strongest players alike, but their full effect only unlocks as you invest further into them — keeping demand high. Gear, Beasts, and Businesses can all become Unique, with more types added over time.
💱 Shadow Exchange
The Shadow Exchange is coming, letting newcomers earn from veterans and boost their progress, while veterans get new ways to grow where it matters most. Only the rarest items — Unique ones — will be tradeable, so players can trade for exactly what they need.
🏙 New Cities
New Cities are long overdue — new Beast Bosses, new districts, and more Rumors for the god of Rumors. We're also planning investment-hub Cities: no usual buildings, just investment structures and a few super-hub buildings with new mechanics. Exploring and capturing them brings real advantages, though access won't be as easy as a regular City.
🏰 Player Base and Clan Base Expansion
It's time to expand your personal domain — and get one for your Clan too. The new territory won't look like your current base: it has its own development and upgrade mechanics, discoverable by exploring it yourself.
Clans will start with a simple plot — the anchor point for every future Clan holding, and a potential target for attacks from other Clans. You'll need to defend what's yours.
🚩 Clan City Takeover
Once a Clan has its own base in a City, taking over nearby districts and running protection rackets will just be a matter of time.
