🔹 Team Lead (GIS & Geospatial Focus)
Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
Technical Skills: React, Node.js, Python, AWS, Mapbox/Google Earth/ESRI, PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
Expertise: Geospatial data management, ESRI ecosystem, 3D data visualization, big data (LIDAR, GeoTiffs, 360 imagery), API integrations, and Agile practices.
Leadership: Proven skills in team coaching, mentoring, performance management, and budget management.
🔹 Full Stack Developer (GIS Applications)
Skills: GIS application design, API development, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, full software lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and customer support.
Responsibilities: Build scalable and reliable geospatial solutions, integrate APIs within the ESRI ecosystem, and collaborate across teams to meet project goals.
🔹 DevOps Engineer (GIS Infrastructure)
Experience: Expertise in deploying and managing ESRI ArcGIS components, cloud solutions (AWS/Google Cloud), geospatial data processing, and automation.
Skills: ArcGIS REST APIs, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and large-scale data processing optimization.
🔹 Product/UX Designer (Geospatial Interfaces)
Experience: Design user-friendly interfaces for 2D/3D geospatial data in GIS applications.
Skills: Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and maintaining design systems. Knowledge of geospatial tools and data formats (shapefiles, GeoJSON, 3D models).
