Middle Data Analyst
UTORG is a fintech company holding VASP licenses and operating in 187 countries. We build digital products at the intersection of DeFi and TradFi, leveraging the world's cutting-edge technology.
Now we are looking for a Middle Data Analyst who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.

Salary range: 2000-3500 USD
About the Products and Your High-Level Tasks
Main Product Vertical (70% of your time):
We are building a financial ecosystem around our non-custodial crypto wallet, including trading products and a debit crypto card. Some products are already in use, while others are in development.
In this vertical, you will:
● Provide full event coverage for the products and keep the event taxonomy up-to-date;
● Build analytical dashboards;
● Help construct our metrics tree and unit economics;
● Analyze key metrics and user segments.
Secondary Product Verticals (30% of your time):
We have a crypto processing product, a financial core, and a legal team. Here, tasks are more ad-hoc:
● Compile reports;
● Locate specific data;
● Investigate payment conversion drops;
● Build dashboards from raw data.
Our Data Collection and Tools
● Data from various products is collected in BigQuery and/or Google Analytics;
● Our main visualization tool is Looker Studio;
● We occasionally use Power BI, Amplitude, and other tools.
Team Structure and Potential Changes
● Reporting: You will report to the CPO and CTO;
● Task Assignment: Tasks are assigned through them to avoid direct personal requests;
● You will be the main point of contact for outsourced data analysts and engineers, helping to coordinate their activities.
What We Expect from Candidates
● Education in technical, mathematical, or economic fields;
● Proficiency in SQL for working with datasets, writing complex queries, and creating analytical data marts;
● Ability to visualize data, present research clearly, and explain complex concepts simply;
● (Advantage): Experience with cryptocurrencies or financial products like payment systems or banking.
