🥐 WE’RE HIRING — BAKER HELPER Breadland Bakery & Café is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our bakery team as a Baker Helper. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Starting at 5:00 AM, usually finishing around 9:00 AM (some days may be a little longer depending on production). The position includes: • Pastry preparation and production • Cinnamon bun production • Bread slicing • Cleaning and daily assigned tasks • Working independently once training is completed No baking experience is required — we will provide training. However, good hand skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently are important. Previous kitchen or food-production experience is an asset.
