This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative and has a proven track record of delivering results through paid media strategies. Key Responsibilities: ⁃ Develop B2C and B2C Lead generation ⁃ Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting ⁃ Create, monitor and analyze campaigns on Google, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok Ads ⁃ Optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness, adjusting bid strategies, ad copy, and landing pages as needed. ⁃ Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives. ⁃ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, paid social, and paid search to keep our campaigns at the cutting edge. ⁃ Manage budgets carefully to maximize ROI,ROAS and achieve performance targets. Qualifications & Skills: ⁃ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ⁃ 3+ years of experience in managing PPC paid social, and paid search campaigns. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. ⁃ Proficient in analytics tools, including Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret and report data effectively. ⁃ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges. ⁃ Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. ⁃ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ⁃ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
