A leading restaurant group in Qatar is looking for an Audit & Compliance Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Investigate breaches (e.g., expired stock, unsafe practices) and enforce corrective measures.
• Monitor compliance with local food safety laws, labor regulations, and environmental health standards.
• Oversee licensing and regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal audits on operations and financial integrity
• Train staff in compliance policies on hygiene, safety and best practices
• Promote integrity in procurement, HR, and financial practices
Requirements
• Experience in audit/compliance, preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to enforce standards
