We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant with 2 to 4 years of HR experience to support our HR operations in Qatar. The candidate must be currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately.
Location: Qatar
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary Range: QAR 3,500 – 4,000
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations and HR administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Handle staff queries related to leave, attendance, and HR policies
- Prepare HR letters and reports
- Coordinate with PRO and internal departments
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of HR experience
- Currently residing in Qatar with a transferable visa or Family Sponosor
- Immediate availability
- Knowledge of HR processes and Qatar labor practices
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
