URGENT HIRING – HR COORDINATOR | GURGAON Quess Corp Ltd.* is hiring for an HR Coordinator* profile for a leading Banking & Finance project. 📍 Location: Gurgaon 💼 Payroll: Quess Corp Ltd. 🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate & Above 👩 Gender: Female Candidates Only 💰 Salary: Up to ₹4–5 LPA 🕐 Experience: 2–3 Years in HR Coordination / Recruitment Coordination 🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office 📅 Working Days: 6 Days Working 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Coordinate outsourced Talent Acquisition activities with PSAs for Sales & Non-Sales hiring. - Manage intensive calling, follow-ups and negotiation with stakeholders. - Manage internal and external stakeholders and coordinate with process teams. - Ensure timely manpower availability and maintain the hiring pipeline. - Manage NFTE lifecycle and provide relevant hiring updates for discussions with PSA & Sales teams. - Drive outsourced hiring strategy and ensure manpower readiness. - Prepare and analyze MIS, reports and presentations for business requirements. - Support data-driven decision-making and maintain adherence to company policies and processes. 🔹 Required Skills ✅ Strong written & verbal communication ✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills ✅ Strong follow-up & coordination skills ✅ Advanced Excel / MS Office proficiency ✅ MIS & presentation skills ✅ Business acumen ✅ Ability to work under timelines and targets ✅ Disciplined and process-oriented approach 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV for immediate consideration.
