#job ML Engineer (NLP + RecSys), Tbilisi, onsite or remote. Neiro.ai, ChaChat About the Position: We are looking for a talented ML Engineer to enhance our products and user experience. In this role, you will work on developing and testing language models, building microservices, and solving interesting tasks in natural language processing. You will become part of a friendly and professional team where everyone can influence goals and processes, see the product metrics, and run A/B experiments on production weekly. Key Tasks: - Code Development and Testing: Rapid and high-quality writing and testing of code to improve our products - Feature Coordination and Development: Designing and implementing new features for our NLP and RecSys engines in line with current product goals - Building ML Microservices: Full development cycle, including data work, model training, serving, and testing - LLMs Development: Fine-tuning language models to enhance user interaction quality - RecSys Development: Developing and optimizing recommendation algorithms - A/B Tests: Run A/B tests to test product hypotheses Who We Are Looking For: - At least 1.5 years of experience in any ML-related role (Deep Learning Engineer / MLOps / ML Engineer) - Experience with modern LLMs and/or Recommendation Systems - Knowledge of ML-related Python stack - Experience with DL Stack: PyTorch Lightning, Triton Server, HuggingFace - Operational: Bash, Docker, Git, SQL - Experience with large models (7B parameters or more): fine-tuning & quantization - Experience with microservices to wrap the models - Experience in working with production data (SQL, NoSQL, in-memory): PostgreSQL / Redis / S3 / ClickHouse - Desire to learn quickly and influence product development What You Will Get: - $2700-$3500 salary and company stocks. - Medical insurance and compensation for sports activities. - Hybrid schedule  with an office in central Tbilisi or the option to work remotely. - Modern equipment for comfortable work. - Professional growth: Opportunity to work with experts and participate in exciting projects.
