Vacancy: STT/TTS Consultant for Uzbek and Turkic Languages Startup: Tahrirchi / Tilmoch Location: Uzbekistan (remote) About Us: Tahrirchi / Tilmoch is an R&D startup developing solutions for Uzbek and Turkic languages. We’re expanding into speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) with the goal of building systems as advanced as ElevenLabs. We have a skilled team but limited experience in voice tech, so we’re seeking a Senior STT/TTS Engineer to guide us in building cutting-edge solutions. Role: • Mentor our team on STT/TTS development. • Design systems and pipelines for high-quality voice models. • Share best practices and methodologies for low-resource languages. • Help us build an ElevenLabs-level solution, starting with Uzbek and scaling to other Turkic languages. Requirements: • Experience in STT/TTS technologies (e.g., Tacotron, Whisper). • Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Familiarity with low-resource languages or multilingual challenges. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
