🚨 WE ARE HIRING | PROCESS ENGINEER 🚨 Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our engineering team and support projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery industries. 🔹 Position: Process Engineer 📍 Kuala Lumpur 🟢 Key Responsibilities ✔️ Develop and review process designs, design basis and engineering deliverables. ✔️Prepare and review H&MB, PFD, P&ID, equipment datasheets and process specifications. ✔️Perform process simulations and engineering calculations using HYSYS, PRO/II, FLARENET, FLARESIM and related software. ✔️Carry out line sizing, hydraulic calculations, PSV/relief system calculations and control valve sizing. ✔️Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL and other process safety reviews. ✔️Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical and Civil/Structural disciplines. ✔️Liaise with clients, licensors, vendors and consultants on technical matters. ✔️Prepare Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), vendor document reviews and technical recommendations. ✔️Support tender/ITB activities, design reviews, commissioning and site troubleshooting. ✔️Ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements, applicable codes, standards and quality requirements. 🟢Requirements: ✔️Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. ✔️5–8 years of relevant process engineering/design experience in an engineering consultancy environment. ✔️Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and/or Refinery projects. ✔️Familiar with API, ASME, PETRONAS Technical Standards (PTS), Shell DEP and relevant industry standards. ✔️Proficient in Aspen HYSYS and/or PRO/II. ✔️Experience in process simulations, hydraulic calculations, PSV/relief systems and equipment sizing. ✔️Experience in HAZOP/HAZID, SIL, TBE and vendor document reviews is an advantage. ✔️Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield and plant modification projects is preferred. ✔️Good communication, technical writing and interpersonal skills. ✔️Good command of English, both written and spoken. ✔️Willing to travel and work at project sites when required. 📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting their updated CV to [email protected].
