Join our growing HR team at Bateriku HQ, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam!
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with strong exposure to Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) to manage employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, grievance handling, employment investigations and labour law compliance.
Key Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
✅ Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience with substantial exposure to IR & ER.
✅ Experience handling disciplinary processes, domestic inquiries and employment investigations.
✅ Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
