Product Analyst at Plata Locations: Mexico & Serbia Format: Hybrid Work, Full-Time About us: Plata is a Mexican unicorn founded by former Tinkoff team members. We are building the next-generation financial platform — and we’re just getting started. We are expanding our product teams and looking for Product Analysts in areas such as: Telesales OPS, Antifraud, KYC, HR OPS, Credit and Debit Portfolio, Customer Care, AML, BNPL, Processing Core, Finance, Mobile App, X-Sell, Business Development, Bring a Friend, Telesales, Compliance. As a Product Analyst, you will drive the development of new technological products and enhance existing ones.You’ll work alongside talented teammates — graduates from top universities like MIPT, MSU, HSE, NES, and MEPhI. Challenges that await you: - Use your analytical skills to create the best financial products on the market - Take responsibility for the product and its metrics - Develop metrics to improve products and processes - Generate insights and new ideas from data - Conduct research and investigations - Implement new algorithms in processes - Create monitoring processes for products and workflows - Build reports and dashboards - Improve Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and funnels - Evaluate the quality and logic of processes - Analyze operational performance metrics - Develop motivation schemes for the operational department - Test hypotheses for process optimization - Calculate costs and assess efficiency What makes you a great fit: - Participation in prestigious olympiads in mathematics, economics, physics, or computer science - A mathematical or technical degree from one of the following universities: MIPT, MSU, NES and HSE - Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory - Analytical and systematic thinking - Ability to visualize data and derive actionable conclusions - Experience in hypothesis testing and validation - Proficiency in relational databases and SQL - Excellent communication skills - B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team Salary: 2300-3400 euro gross + annual bonus Benefits: - Relocation Support - Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage - €1000 gross Annual Education Budget - €1000 gross Annual Wellness Budget Interested?
