Congratulations to Dr Vincent Chua on being conferred the Public Service Star (Bar) this National Day! As a Council member since 1999, Dr Chua has contributed his expertise and experience to PTC’s work especially in the areas of research and fare policies. What stands out is his interest in how people experience public transport day to day – whether by trying out the system himself or listening to commuter feedback. His guidance on fare policies, commuter research and public engagement has helped the Council in balancing fare affordability, financial sustainability and service quality of our public transport. We thank Dr Chua for his dedicated service and contributions.
