‼️FUNDRAISER TO FIGHT BACK AGAINST UNJUST DEPORTATION‼️
After being abducted and imprisoned by ICE for two months, Georgetown University professor Dr. Badar Khan Suri, was recently ruled deportable by an immigration court and continues to be persecuted for exercising his freedom of speech in support of the Palestinian people. He and his family need our support to raise $70,000 for legal representation. From February 8th to the 15th, businesses and community initiatives across the DMV will be contributing their proceeds to Dr. Khan Suri’s legal defense fund. Swipe to know when and where you can support!
When Dr. Khan Suri was first arrested, the DMV community mobilized, rallied, and organized to bring him home. Now we must keep him home. If you are a business interested in participating visit bit.ly/businessesforsuri
