Finance Director / CFO — Crypto-Native Gaming Platform

We’re a crypto-native online gaming platform, looking for a Finance Director / CFO to own our financial operations end to end.
Candidate should be based in or willing to work closely with a Dubai-based founder.
Responsibilities:
- Full financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, and yearly, including revenue, balances across multiple currencies, and ongoing cost tracking
- Reconciliation across crypto custody (Fireblocks), OTC/exchange conversion, and multi-jurisdiction banking
- Treasury oversight across crypto and fiat holdings
- Build out financial controls and reporting infrastructure as we scale
Requirements:
- Real experience with crypto treasury operations (reading on-chain transactions, custody platforms like Fireblocks, OTC/exchange conversion flows)
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
- Experience reconciling across crypto custody, OTC/exchanges and multi-jurisdiction banking
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to gaming, betting, or high-risk/high-volume payment environments
Stack:
Fireblocks, on-chain transactions, OTC/exchanges, multi-jurisdiction banking, crypto and fiat treasury
Benefits:
- Compensation: $4K 6K
