Strategic Finance Lead Company: Ondo Finance Ondo Finance builds institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services across a technology arm (DeFi infrastructure) and an asset management arm (tokenized funds). The firm pioneered tokenized exposure to US Treasuries, is backed by top investors (Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera, Tiger Global), and is well capitalized to continue scaling. Responsibilities: - Own the consolidated operating model, rolling forecast, and long-range plan across revenue, expenses, headcount, unit economics, and the balance sheet. - Lead the annual operating plan and deliver variance, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to inform executive decisions. - Partner with Product, Revenue, and Operations to develop KPIs, dashboards, and product economics models. - Support board and investor reporting, fundraising and financing activities, and preparation of investor materials and diligence. - Advise on capital strategy, treasury and balance sheet management, institutional partnerships, financing structures, and M&A analysis. - Build finance infrastructure and automate workflows; hire and develop future finance team members. Requirements: - 8–12 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or related fields. - Demonstrated experience owning a company-level (or major business unit) financial model, forecast, and planning process. - Strong FP&A capabilities: forecasting, KPI development, performance analysis, and scenario planning. - Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and valuation without clear public comparables. - Direct experience producing board and investor materials and supporting fundraising/financing end-to-end. - Fluency with capital-side concepts: valuation, cap table and dilution mechanics, and financing structures. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another quantitative field. 📩 Apply
