Risk & Compliance Analyst
Full-Time/Company: Swapped.com
Swapped.com is a lean team (~30 people) building products to make buying, selling and moving crypto easier. Their products are used by partners like Polymarket, Trust Wallet and Brave, and they have onboarded 2M+ users across 150+ countries.
Responsibilities:
- Perform source of funds checks by reviewing customer information and documentation.
- Review crypto wallet screening alerts and prepare reports for the MLRO where applicable.
- Manually review transactions/orders to accept or decline in line with anti-fraud processes.
- Maintain and create internal and external process documentation.
- Liaise with support, risk and other teams to raise issues and implement updates.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in risk & compliance roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or payment service providers.
- Experience with source of funds checks and other compliance/risk tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, high ownership and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience with non-custodial crypto models.
- Experience in startups or fast-moving environments.
- Experience within iGaming.
