Responsibilities: - Perform source of funds checks by reviewing customer information and documentation - Review alerts from the crypto wallet screening system and prepare reports for the MLRO - Manually review customer transactions and orders to accept or decline per anti-fraud processes - Maintain and create internal and external documentation for compliance processes - Liaise with support, risk, and other teams to raise issues and implement updates Requirements: - 2–3 years in risk & compliance roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or payment service providers - Experience performing compliance tasks including source of funds checks - Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Proactive, able to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments Nice to have: - Experience with non-custodial crypto models - Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments - Experience within iGaming Benefits: - Competitive salary - Yearly performance-based bonus (1–2 months’ salary) - Yearly company trip to meet the team in person - Annual upskilling budget - Fast-paced environment with low bureaucracy and a results-oriented culture - Option to work fully remotely or join offices in St Julian’s (Malta), Aarhus (Denmark), or Vilnius (Lithuania) 📩 Apply
