Responsibilities: - Lead day-to-day management and translate the company vision into clear objectives, priorities and measurable outcomes. - Define and execute strategic direction with the Chairman and CTO; identify growth, partnership and expansion opportunities. - Drive commercial strategy, fundraising support and investor relations while aligning commercial goals with product development. - Ensure product and technology efforts reflect market opportunity and customer needs; prioritise high-value initiatives. - Oversee operations, compliance, finance and risk; establish processes, reporting and performance metrics as the business scales. - Act as the public face of the company at industry events, media engagements and partner meetings; build strategic relationships. Requirements: - Significant senior leadership experience within fintech, neo-banking, digital banking or modern financial services. - Proven track record of building, scaling or leading a financial technology business or product. - Strong commercial and strategic acumen with experience in fundraising and investor/stakeholder management. - Experience working closely with technology and product teams and managing cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment around modern financial services and crypto. - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 📩 Apply
