Senior Accountant Company: Solana Foundation The Solana Foundation is a non-profit based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. Solana is a high-performance blockchain focused on fast, secure, and user-friendly experiences. The Foundation supports ecosystem growth and development. Responsibilities: - Own Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash end-to-end, improving cycle times and accuracy. - Lead onboarding and integration of expense management, bill pay, procurement, and AR automation. - Manage corporate cards, expense program, and enforce spend policy through process. - Maintain a clean general ledger across Swiss and US entities in compliance with applicable GAAP. - Prepare and lead reconciliations, including bank and onchain wallet activity. - Support month-end close, financial reporting, budget vs actual, and ad hoc analysis. - Monitor processes and implement controls to close gaps before they cause loss. Requirements: - Qualified accountant with ~3–5 years across public accounting and industry; CPA preferred. - Hands-on experience with Xero or similar (QuickBooks) and comfort with Airtable/automation-friendly tools. - Experience building and integrating finance tooling and automations. - Comfortable working with AI and agentic systems in accounting workflows. - Onchain literate and able to reconcile digital asset wallet activity with bank records. - Experience in fast-moving startups or rapidly scaling companies; strong attention to detail. Nice to have: - FinTech experience; blockchain/digital asset experience preferred.
