There is a reason for every decision. I had a reason to emigrate from Georgia. I had my values, interests, and wishes that were not shared by the majority in my field of work and not only. Living in a country with such different views is very hard. I can’t say where I am now I agree with all the values, but at least for our opinions and thoughts, we are not getting repressed, imprisoned, or killed. I can say what I want. I can do what I want. Could I do the same in Georgia? Yesterday's election showed - at all not. Only 20% of the population support the party ‘’Georgian Dream’’. Why in ‘’’’? Because it’s not Georgian, it’s a fascist russian dream! How 20 you ask? Well, here is pretty simple math goes: 60% only came to vote. Of those, only half voted for this russian dream party. So, 30% now. But I don’t believe this number. As any other will not believe, who has a bit of brain leftovers in their skull. 20% they got honestly. We can believe that and give it to them. What to do about the other 80%? 40% decided not to come to the election at all. Do you, those 40%, understand that all the people who will get hurt during the protests that will happen are because of your irresponsible decision to stay wherever you are and not vote? If you would have come, we would not need to protest at all. 30% of others voted for different parties that want a European future for Georgia and not fascist russian. 10% that’s left, their voices were faked to serve the needs of pro fascist russians. The young generation today is the one that I can share my values with. But they are in such a minority now. Hopefully, just now. There is a reason for every decision. Make your decision based on the future, not the past, especially the one you have been lied about. P.S. Current, 4th, and 3rd presidents of Georgia do not recognize this election as democratic and honest.

The messages that the current Georgian party in power tries to deliver are pretty simple to read from this shameful poster: 1. Choose peace? This means they believe Ukraine had a choice and they choose to have a war. 2. Showing bombed, destroyed by fascist russians church in Ukraine and intact one in Tbilisi. What Christians are you? This means that in their point of view, Ukrainians are not such ‘’good’’ Christians, as they allowed and ‘’chose’’ to have war and destroyed churches. 3. The fact that they are using such pictures full of pain, tragedy, and trauma, means that these pictures mean nothing to them. They use others' pain for commercial purposes to show that they will not allow that to happen. But with what price?? The cost is too high. If the whole party has sold everything they had to Khuilo-putin, doesn’t mean the whole population of Georgia did. I hope elections will show that. How much I want to join the protests that will be starting in a week from now, I can’t. I am not living in Georgia now for many years. I keep my citizenship and don’t want to change it to any other. But being Georgian outside and living inside are two different things. (Too wide and long discussion, not going into that.) No matter the results of the elections, there will be huge protests. Even if fascist supporters lose, they will create enough circumstances that people will be protesting. The only hope I see in Georgia is in the young generation. They are smarter, they appreciate freedom, and they actually care about the future.
