Hi All,
We are looking for experienced HR Professional for JBM (Tooling & Technology Business). Candidate who can
1- Work closely with senior stakeholders to determine current vacancies need & expert in technical hiring.
2-Prepare manpower forecasts and ensure best in class hiring practices to bring top talent.
3-Ensure closure of vacancies within the defined TAT and timely on boarding of candidates.
4-Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning & skill assessment.
5-Participate in evaluation & monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow-ups to ensure training objectives are met.
6-Sound knowledge of MS-Office & SAP.
7-Knowledge of ESI, PF
Experience : 8+ years of proven work experience in HR Function, PMS, Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry : Preferably Automotive
Qualification: MBA(Regular)
Salary: will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
