Record your workout video • You need at least 20 videos during the 30-day challenge • Each video must clearly show the date (calendar, overlay, timestamp, or app interface) • Videos must stay public and available for at least 7 days after the challenge ends • Always keep the original unedited file for verification 2. Show your workout and mention Fitton You can do any workout (home, gym, running, etc.) If you’re not using the Fitton app, you must clearly mention “Fitton”: • Say it out loud in the video • Or add text or graphic that shows the name If you use Fitton screen recording, you don’t need to add anything — it’s included automatically 3. 🖥 How to Do Your First Weigh-In for the Fitton Challenge [UA] To make sure your weigh-in counts — follow these simple but important rules: 🔹 Show your Fitton code After registration, you'll get a unique code. Write it down on a piece of paper and make sure it’s clearly visible in the frame during your weigh-in. 🔹 Clearly capture the date and time Make sure the current date and time are clearly shown in the video. 🔹 Light clothing only Wear light clothes — like shorts and a t-shirt. You must wear the same clothes for your final weigh-in. 🔹 No changes in accessories Remove all accessories (watch, jewelry, etc.) or keep them on for both weigh-ins — just be consistent. 🔹 Weigh yourself twice We recommend weighing yourself twice in a row for extra reliability. 🔹 Same scale You must use the same scale for your initial and final weigh-ins. 🔹 Face partially visible Your face must be partially visible during the weigh-in — this is needed for verification. 🔹 You also need to upload the video of your initial weigh-in to Google Drive — this is mandatory. 🖥 You can find a step-by-step guide on how to do it here: Ссылка скрыта
