Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and SMS.
* Consult customers on company services and close sales.
* Create service requests and schedule appointments for technicians.
* Coordinate communication between customers and field technicians.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints.
* Work with the CRM system and make outbound informational calls.
Requirements:
* English proficiency: B2–C1 with clear pronunciation.
* Fluent Russian.
* Sales skills and customer-oriented mindset.
* Strong communication skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
* Confident PC skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
* Home office setup: quiet workspace, computer/laptop, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet.
What we offer:
* Fully remote position.
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST), 5/2.
Compensation and Benefits:
💰Salary: $750/month
🕓Trial period: 1 month
