#vacancy #france #intellectualproperty Vacancy: IP Coordinator at Astemo Qualifications and skills: • 5 years of experience in a Legal department, ideally in Intellectual Property • Bachelor or Master in Law, Engineering, Intellectual Property or similar • Capacity to work with various stakeholder such as engineers, lawyers, management, etc. • Ability to work on multiple cases • Fluent in English Responsibilities: • Use patent databases and internal portfolio management software tools. • Register invention disclosures, prepare and implement patent committee decisions. • Manage relations with inventors and patent firms. • Monitor deadlines and the status of procedures for filing and obtaining intellectual property rights, particularly patents. • Monitor the budget and manage relations with the internal departments involved.
