A moving company in Edmonton is looking for reliable, hardworking, and professional Drivers and Movers to join our team.
📍 Location: Edmonton and surrounding areas
🕒 Positions: Full-time, Part-time, and On-call
💰 Competitive pay based on position and experience
DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safely operate company moving trucks.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow assigned routes and arrive at each job on time.
• Assist with loading and unloading furniture and boxes.
• Ensure all items are properly secured inside the truck.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.
• Complete job sheets, vehicle logs, and required paperwork.
• Keep the truck clean and report any damage or mechanical issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
• Clean and current driver’s abstract.
• Experience driving cube or moving trucks is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Edmonton and surrounding areas.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
MOVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safely carry, load, and unload furniture, appliances, boxes, and other belongings.
• Wrap and protect furniture using moving blankets, plastic wrap, and straps.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture when required.
• Use dollies, ramps, straps, and other moving equipment correctly.
• Protect customers’ floors, walls, doors, and belongings from damage.
• Organize items efficiently and safely inside the moving truck.
• Work cooperatively with drivers and other team members.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers.
MOVER REQUIREMENTS:
• Physically able to lift and carry 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Moving experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
