We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to drive positive social change! In this role, you will focus on managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with local NGOs, CSOs, and private organizations to harness the power of digital platforms. 📋 Role Overview Position: Senior Program Manager Type: Full-time contracting role Location: Primarily remote 🎯 Key Responsibilities: - Manager of Managers: Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse team of program managers. - Operational Excellence: Optimize processes to ensure friction-free collaboration across parallel program teams such as Finance, HR, Business Development, Marketing & Communication. - Portfolio Strategy: Develop strategic plans, align projects with organizational goals, and manage risks. - Fundraising & Stakeholders: Lead fundraising efforts, develop high-quality grant proposals, and maintain strong donor relationships. 🎯 Essential Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience developing technology solutions or programs for civic development (Civic Tech). - Proven track record as a "systems thinker" with experience implementing project management tools. - Extensive experience managing and coaching other managers.
