🧠 The Role
We are looking for entrepreneurial, competitive, and analytical talent to join our Trading Team. You don't need to have a financial background; we will teach you all you need to know. You will solve problems, create new tools, and/or design new strategies. If you have 1-3 years of experience coding, excellent mental arithmetic & analytical skills, and a genuine interest in learning algorithmic and quantitative trading you might be a good candidate for this role.
Responsibilities:
▪️ Trade a wide range of financial instruments.
▪️ Develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms. Run trading desks.
▪️ Manage the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios.
▪️ Run projects with developers from the IT department.
Minimum requirements:
▪️ Education: Graduated in 2022–2024, preferably in a STEM field.
▪️ Skills: Strong mental arithmetic and analytical abilities (tested).
▪️ Coding: 1–3 years of experience in any programming language, including at least 1 year of
professional/commercial work (tested).
▪️ Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
▪️ Language: Fluent in English.
▪️ Flexibility: Open to relocation to Dubai.
