▫️Position: Senior & Lead NLP Engineer (2 positions)
▫️Company: Social Discovery Group
▫️Location: Remote (except for Russia and Belarus), or at one of the company's offices (Cyprus, UAE, Georgia, Armenia)
▫️Salary: from $5000 gross to $10,000 gross (also willing to discuss higher amounts with exceptionally strong candidates)
▫️Job Description: A self-development and self-awareness-focused dating app with over 800,000 MAU. To grow faster and provide our users with better services, we need machine learning solutions that outperform our competitors.
▫️Objective: Enhance the efficiency of the conversation suggestion system by offering the best conversation continuation options, optimized for relevance, dialogue continuation probability, and the potential to increase average revenue per user.
▫️Responsibilities:
➖ Participation in the development and improvement of ML service architecture to achieve the set goals;
➖ Creation and integration of necessary ML models into the overall system to predict the best conversation continuation options;
➖ Configuration of model training processes to continually improve the quality of suggested prompts;
➖ Integration of the system with adjacent services;
➖ Collection and preparation of data required for ML model training;
➖ Participation in the deployment and implementation of developed solutions.
▫️Requirements:
➖ Knowledge of mathematical algorithms in machine learning, fundamental model types, and understanding of their evaluation criteria;
➖ Practical experience applying basic NLP concepts (n-grams, skip-grams, td-idf, etc.);
➖ Practical experience in developing and deploying microservices;
➖ Experience in the NLP field;
➖ Proficiency in Python;
➖ Familiarity with machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, Numpy, Scipy, Sklearn);
➖ Knowledge of the PyTorch deep learning framework;
➖ Confident use of OS Linux/Unix and version control systems like git;
➖ Ability to construct pipelines independently.
