🚀 Investment Analyst / Senior Investment Analyst
📍 Full-time, Cyprus (Nicosia) - hybrid
The Alternative — a tech-focused investment company (spin-off of Target Global) with €1.2bn AUM, 200+ investors, and a diverse portfolio — is hiring!
We’re building a new early-stage investment team (Seed–Series B, $10m per deal, focus: Fintech, Software, Consumer Tech) and looking for a motivated analyst to join as.
What you’ll do:
- Deal sourcing, due diligence & deals execution
- Prepare investment memos & materials
- Monitor portfolio performance & support startups
- Participate in fundraising processes
- Assist with internal reporting
- Build relationships with VCs, entrepreneurs & industry professionals
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in STEM (preferred), Finance, Economics, or Business
- 2+ years experience in VC/PE, IB, Consulting, Corporate Dev, Startups - or strong product/technical background with the same hard skills
- Exceptional numerical skills and very high attention to detail
- Excellent financial modeling & presentation skills
- Strong project management & communication
- Fluency in English
