Last week, we shared the story of The Global Move subscriber who recently relocated to Estonia for an iOS Engineer role at Bolt. He kindly agreed to share the resume that helped him get there. In our new Substack post, our founder, Andrew, did a practical review of that resume: - what he thinks Ameya did well (from the perspective of someone who’s been in tech recruitment & talent relocation for over a decade) - what he’d improve - what you can learn from it and use in your own resume So you get to see a real resume that helped someone land a job abroad, rather than another polished template created specifically for a resume guide. If you’re applying for tech jobs abroad right now, it’s well worth a read. Here’s the link 👇 Ссылка скрыта

From India 🇮🇳 to Estonia 🇪🇪 Andrew, our founder, got the chance to talk with Ameya, a subscriber to our Substack The Global Move, who recently relocated to Tallinn for a Senior iOS Engineer role at Bolt. His path between those two points - India and Estonia - wasn’t particularly straightforward. In the interview, Ameya shared what his job search actually looked like, what worked and what didn’t, how he approached resumes and cover letters, how he prepared for interviews, how Estonia ended up on his radar, and a lot more in between. Check it out here 👇 Ссылка скрыта It’s an honest and practical look at what it takes to land a job abroad in 2026, with many useful insights for anyone trying to make a similar move.

Internal mobility. One of the relocation pathways worth keeping in mind in 2026. It’s more of a long-term play, but still a viable one. By internal mobility, we mean moving within a company to a different position in a different country. Of course, not every multinational company is a good fit for this path. Having offices around the world doesn’t necessarily mean employees actually move between them. But there are definitely companies where this happens: EPAM Systems, JetBrains, Amazon, Catawiki... just to name a few. In our latest piece for The Global Move, we explain how to figure out whether a company is a good “candidate” for an international transfer - before you join. We also cover the L-1 route to the U.S. and the EU’s Intra-Corporate Transfers framework. So, if relocating abroad is part of your longer-term career plan, do have a read. It might make you look at your relocation strategy a little differently. Here’s the link for quick access 👇 Ссылка скрыта

Last week, we shared with you an article by our founder about how the relocation game in tech has changed. That piece ended up on the front page of Hacker News and got 200K+ views on Reddit. And it naturally led to the next question: If today’s relocation market works differently, how should you actually search for a job abroad? That’s probably the question Andrew received most often after publishing the article. Here’s the answer: I don’t think there’s one perfect website that solves the problem. If there were, I’d simply send everyone there. Instead, I think relocation today is much more about building the right search strategy than finding another job board. Over the years, I’ve seen people relocate in many different ways, and that’s perhaps the biggest lesson I’ve learned: there isn’t one path. If I were starting my relocation journey today, this is exactly how I’d approach it 👇 Ссылка скрыта Enjoy reading!

Hello everyone! Just a quick post to let you know about a big batch of new job opportunities on Relocate.me. This time, in #Lithuania 🇱🇹 with #Vinted! Vinted started as a way for friends to find new homes for clothes they no longer needed. In 2019, it became Lithuania’s first unicorn 🦄, and today the company is valued at €8 billion. Vinted has grown to a team of 2,200+ people, working toward its mission to make second-hand first choice worldwide. And it has three business units that support this mission: 🛍️ Vinted Marketplace: Europe’s leading second-hand platform, connecting millions of members across 25+ markets, including the US and Australia. 📦 Vinted Go: a unit working to make the shipping experience smarter, simpler, and more affordable, with a vast network of 500,000+ pick-up and drop-off points and 60+ carrier partners across Europe. 💳 Vinted Pay: a unit dedicated to bringing secure, reliable payments to buyers and sellers in Europe.
