Finance Director / CFO — Crypto-Native Gaming Platform

We’re a crypto-native online gaming platform, looking for a Finance Director / CFO to own our financial operations end to end.
Candidates should be based in or willing to work closely with a Dubai-based founder.
Responsibilities:
- Full financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, and yearly, including revenue, multi-currency balances, and ongoing cost tracking
- Reconciliation across crypto custody (Fireblocks), OTC/exchange conversion, and multi-jurisdiction banking
- Treasury oversight across crypto and fiat holdings
- Build out financial controls and reporting infrastructure as the company scales
Requirements:
- Real experience with crypto treasury operations, including reading on-chain transactions and working with custody platforms (e.g., Fireblocks)
- Experience with OTC/exchange conversion flows and reconciling multi-currency balances
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to gaming, betting, or high-risk/high-volume payment environments
