Growth Engineer Employment type: Full-time/Company: Goldsky Goldsky is the data platform for financial products built on stablecoins, providing real-time infrastructure for accounts, payments, custody, and settlement. They power high-volume production data for customers like Polymarket, 0x, Kraken, and Circle and focus on reliable, low-latency onchain indexing for fintechs and institutions. Responsibilities: - Build AI-powered internal GTM tools and agents (lead enrichment/scoring, account research, outbound personalization, call summarization, internal knowledge agents). - Create customer-facing growth surfaces: interactive demos, sandbox playgrounds, in-product guides, and AI-assisted onboarding. - Ship marketing engineering: website, landing pages, A/B tests, lifecycle emails, attribution, and integrations between marketing tools, CRM, and analytics. - Automate parts of the customer evaluation journey: provisioning, sample pipelines, integration accelerators, and ROI calculators. - Instrument analytics and experimentation to measure impact, iterate, and double down on what works. - Stay on the AI frontier and enable the GTM team to use LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools effectively. Requirements: - Built end-to-end systems (frontend, backend, integrations, automations) and can scope and ship independently. - Production experience with LLMs and AI tooling (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval, evals). - Commercially curious and focused on how engineering work moves real revenue metrics. - Fluent in modern web development (TypeScript and Next.js or similar). - High autonomy, strong execution, and measurement-oriented. - Strong communicator across sales, design, and engineering stakeholders. Nice to have: - Experience in growth engineering, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or developer-relations. - Built internal AI agents or tooling used daily by teams. - Prior experience in fintech, payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure. - Launched side projects, indie tools, or open-source libraries with real users. - Built and operated revenue-driving experiments end-to-end.
