Business Development (Volume Growth)
Full-time/Company: Bullbit
Bullbit is a Perpetual DEX built on Base, delivering a CEX-like trading experience with DeFi benefits. It offers passkey login, USDC trading with no gas fees, 1-click multichain deposits, and is audited by Hacken.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute BD strategies to grow user acquisition, trading volume, and platform liquidity.
- Identify, acquire and manage partners: KOLs, IBs, affiliates, trading communities, market makers, OTC desks, funds, wallets, DeFi protocols, launchpads.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnerships from outreach through long-term relationship management.
- Build relationships with high-value traders, institutional clients, and ecosystem partners to drive trading activity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations on co-marketing, referral programs, trading competitions, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and product integrations.
- Track performance metrics (trading volume, partner contribution, campaign effectiveness) and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Business Development experience in Crypto, Web3, Blockchain, or Digital Assets.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, trading communities, KOL networks, and crypto market dynamics.
- Proven experience building partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, IBs, exchanges, market makers, or institutional clients.
- Existing networks within the crypto industry highly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Analytical, results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with perpetual DEXs, derivatives, or trading-focused DeFi products.
- Existing relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, institutional traders, or major Web3 ecosystems.
- Experience managing affiliate or IB programs, community growth, or co-marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Base ecosystem or other EVM-compatible blockchains.
- Comfortable representing Bullbit at industry events, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and community engagements.
