Responsibilities:
- Communicate with users from all over the world via live chats, emails and help centre content
- Timely alert the team about possible bugs or product glitches
- Gather user feedback and concise feature requests for the product team
- Investigate user problems and help the team locate and fix issues
- Detect patterns in user behaviour, analyse data and group users
- Use AI to adjust the product for user groups and set rules accordingly
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Talent for turning chaos into systems
- Eagerness to learn everything about web3, blockchains and payments
- Impeccable written and fluent spoken English
- Great communication skills and empathy; understanding of cultural differences
- Quick thinker who likes getting to the root of issues
