This role demands meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Implement sustainable operating rhythms within the executive teamCalendar Management: Meticulously manage executives' calendars, scheduling and proactively planning to prevent last-minute chaos - Event Coordination: Lead, drive, and execute various team events and offsite meetings, including venue selection, logistics management, and procurement. - Administrative Support: Assist in creating slide decks, meeting agendas, and reviewing work on behalf of executives. - Personal support: Work with the CEO for scheduling family vacations, personal appointments and arrangements with professional discretion. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse individuals at all levels across the organization and time zones. - Special Projects: Assist with special assignments/projects as needed. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience supporting executives or relevant experience. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Proficiency with Google Apps,OSX, Notion and video conferencing tools. - Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion. - Openness to flexible working hours.
