🚀 Junior / Middle Mobile Developer
🕒Remote | freelance (on demand) cooperation
Company Rocketech looking for Junior / Middle Mobile Developer
with focus on vibe coding, working with startups, and direct opportunities to interact with startup owners
🎯We expect:
• 2+ years Android/iOS experience,1-2+of them with Flutter/React Native;
• Proficiency with Flutter SDK and Dart;
• Solid understanding of mobile apps development principles;
• Proven experience with Android SDK and Xcode (iOS/Android builds);
• Familiarity with UI tools such as Figma or Sketch;
• Understanding of architectural patterns: MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture;
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Codemagic, etc.);
• B1 or higher level of English (spoken & written).
Will be a plus:
• Experience using AI-powered tools like Cursor IDE.
💡We offer
• Real startup work, not agency routine. You'll work on the startups Rocketech builds for its clients — and on our own internal products that go from a validated idea to first paying customers in 6–8 weeks;
• Direct work with founders and founding teams — no middle layers, no proxies. You talk to the people who make the decisions;
• Product teams that actually think about the end user. We ship what's useful, we don't shuffle documentation or generate empty reports;
• Skin in the game: bonuses for completed milestones on top of your hourly rate — and some of the startups also offer equity participation;
• Hourly pay with a friendly, responsive ops & legal team;
• Flexible schedule — fully remote, work when you're most productive;
• Quick onboarding and context (we'll brief you on Slack or Notion).
