It's 60-100k EUR a year on b2b agreement + 25 days of holidays + bank holidays off country of residence + bonus every half a year (approx 1 salary recently but can be fluid). We hire in almost any country from UTC+(0-3) but Georgia is also under consideration now. You need a single person company registered somewhere to be able to file invoices. We can offer employment in Portugal, Estonia and Switzerland and we can help with visas in first two (it's too hard in Switzerland).
