🪙 Movement of 600 Bitcoin mined in March 2010
A wallet containing 600 Bitcoin, composed entirely of early mining rewards, became active after 16 years of complete dormancy.
The transferred assets are valued at approximately $48 million based on market rates. On-chain tracking conducted by Whale Alert verified the movement across 12 distinct addresses, each originally containing a 50-coin block reward.
Analysis of the network data showed no verifiable connection linking the active wallet to Satoshi Nakamoto.
One of the individual transfers executed several blocks ahead of the others, pointing to a standard technical test before shifting the bulk reserves.
Dormant digital wealth shifts after decades of silence.
