EVENT PROMOTERS FOR SECOND SONS
🔎Job Scope:
👉 Engaging with customers, explaining the history and story of Second Sons
👉 Assist customers with finding the right piece
👉 Be warm and confident in your explanation on what makes Second Sons shirts unique
👉 Guide customers towards the right fit and size
👉 Assist customers in navigating the collection
👉 Complete checkout process, including placing pre-orders and packing orders
👉 Assist with tracking stock
👉 Replenish racks and keep displays tidy throughout the day (includes steaming and ironing)
👉 Coordinate with fellow promoters and the Second Sons team to keep the pop-up running smoothly
👉 Represent the brand with a level of polish and presentation consistent with Second Sons’s positioning
Requirements 📑:
- Comfortable initiating conversations with customers in English
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Punctual, Responsible, and able to work independently during a shift
- Commitment to attend a 1 hour training session on Second Sons products and brand story (compensated)
- Applying knowledge from training session during customer conversations
- Interest in menswear, fashion, or textiles is a strong ➕
(no need to be an expert, but should be able to speak about fabric and construction with training)
- Prior experience in retail, events, roadshows, or pop-ups is also a strong ➕
🕰️Working Dates and Hours⏱️:
2nd September-20th September
(no minimum number of working days - just indicate availability)
1. Shift 1 (10am-2pm)
2. Shift 2 (2pm-6pm)
3. Shift 3 (6pm-9.30pm)
💸Pay Rate💸:
$10/hour + commission
