Brand Store Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Awfully Chocolate
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with people and delivering exceptional service.
Pay: $10-$12/hr (depending on experience)
Location:
• multiple locations across Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Introduce and recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences
• Promote products, services, and seasonal offerings
• Support the achievement of store sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure overall store cleanliness
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory monitoring
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally
• Build positive customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team player with a proactive and responsible mindset
• Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required
