Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity. ✨ About the Role We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to take charge of developing our brand's presence across social media, professional communities, and user platforms. We are looking for someone who can do more than just "manage social media"—someone who can organically participate in conversations, find relevant discussions, boost brand visibility, and help build trust in our product within professional and user environments. The successful candidate understands context, writes in a lively and appropriate tone, knows how to handle user feedback, identifies reputational risks and opportunities, and builds systematic processes for community and user feedback management. Responsibilities Actively participate in discussions on Reddit and other community platforms. Develop our corporate Reddit thread and engage with relevant Reddit communities. Monitor and respond to user reviews on the App Store and Google Play. Track and analyze competitor activity on social media, communities, and review platforms. Participate in discussions on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms. Engage with discussions involving competitors, partners, and industry communities. Collect, structure, and analyze user feedback, sentiment, and recurring requests. Maintain activity logs, document insights, and prepare regular reports. Find new relevant platforms, communities, and brand touchpoints. Collaborate with SMM, PR, Support, and Product teams to synchronize communication and share user insights. 📩 Requirements 2+ years of experience in community management, SMM, online reputation management, or related fields. Practical experience with Reddit is mandatory. Experience handling reviews on the App Store and Google Play is mandatory. Experience communicating on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms. Excellent written English (C1 level or higher). Ability to write concisely, clearly, and in a lively, appropriate tone for different contexts and audiences. Ability to make independent communication decisions and correctly assess the tone of discussions. Understanding of the principles of reputation management and user feedback handling. Ability to work with analytics, identify patterns, and formulate conclusions. ➕ Nice to have: Experience working with international digital products. Understanding of the specifics of App Store / Google Play review management. Experience dealing with negative feedback, controversial discussions, and reputational risks.
