YouTube Content Director / Showrunner (High-Ticket Audience)
Base: €3,000–€6,000/month + performance + partnership potential
Location: Remote (Europe / London / Dubai preferred)
About the Role
This is not a typical content position.
We are building a media-driven ecosystem around:
- a Family Office working with high-net-worth clients (€1M+)
- a new global project in longevity and life design
The goal is to create a YouTube-first media asset that:
- attracts high-quality clients
- builds long-term trust
- positions the founder as a global-level operator
What You Will Do
- Build and lead a YouTube-first content system
- Develop show formats and multi-episode series (not one-off videos)
- Architect content funnels that convert audience → clients
- Design narrative arcs around business, lifestyle, and access
- Oversee production (scripts, filming direction, editing flow)
- Work directly with the founder to shape positioning and message
- Turn long-form content into multi-platform distribution (shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Continuously optimize based on retention, engagement, and inbound quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with YouTube long-form content
- Understanding of storytelling, retention, and audience psychology
- Ability to think in series, formats, and narrative systems
- Experience working with founders or personal brands
- Strategic mindset: content → trust → high-value deals
- Taste level: premium, minimal, high-end positioning
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You focus on trends, reels, or viral hacks
- Your background is mainly Instagram/TikTok
- You think in terms of “posting content” rather than building systems
What Success Looks Like
- A structured YouTube ecosystem with clear series and positioning
- Increasing inbound from high-quality clients
- Strong viewer retention and audience depth
- The founder becoming a recognized authority in the space
Compensation
- Base: €3,000–€6,000/month
- Performance bonus tied to growth and inbound
- Potential partnership / revenue share for the right candidate
