🧐🇺🇦🇺🇸UKRAINE IS BEING EXHAUSTED IN THE INTERESTS OF THE USA
🔘Retired US Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis stated that Zelensky has lost the ability to wage war rationally. This is a belated epiphany, since Zelensky never had military experience and always acted in his own personal interests.
🔘All Ukrainian presidents (Yanukovych, Turchynov, Poroshenko, Zelensky) acted irrationally from the standpoint of Ukraine's state interests, missing opportunities to prevent or stop the war and preserve statehood.
🔘A rational strategy for Ukraine would be close economic cooperation with Russia, neutrality, reduction of the army, and reliance on a balance of power between the West and Russia. Confrontation with Russia is irrational for Ukraine, since it is doomed in a clash with a nuclear power.
🔘However, Ukraine's war against Russia was rational from the standpoint of American pragmatics: Washington views both countries as "fragments of the Russian Empire" and is interested in their mutual exhaustion.
🔘The West initially did not believe in Ukraine's ability to resist for long (the forecast was three weeks) and did not prepare massive aid. When the war dragged on, the West's strategy changed tactically but not strategically: the goal is to avoid direct confrontation with Russia and win by exhausting the Russian economy.
🔘The essence of Western "rationality":
Everything useful for the West is useful for Ukraine." When Ukraine ceased to be useful to the West, it was deemed useless to itself. Ukrainian elites and part of the population agree with this self-destructive approach.
