A taste of luxury: this is what the world’s most expensive compartment looks like — a two-person luxury cabin on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
For example, it runs from Venice to Paris. Inside, there’s a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a sofa by the window, a dining area, a toilet with a shower, and a lounge-library with a fireplace.
As an added bonus, you get a personal ‘butler’ and unlimited champagne.
