💡 ⚖️ 🥙 #idea #scale #food #intake #meal #eat Hi Telegram friends! Recently we bought a new kitchen scale and I had an idea to experiment with. I've started scaling my meals in a day at home to find out how much I eat. 😊 I know it's not really scientific to lump the whole dish together, but it gives me a ballpark number of how much food I need in order to feel full. I think I used to overeat regularly in the past (don't we all? 😅) and think that by watching/scaling my food intake I can prevent that. Besides finding out how much food I personally need for my daily activities I'm also reducing the amount of food we're buying (or wasting). Imagine if everybody in the world would eat just enough to refill their daily burnt calories, then much less food would be wasted! What do you think? Do you tend to over-eat? Feel free to leave a comment below. 🐚 Ссылка скрыта

🎶 🐼 🍸 #youtube #Namewee #Song #玻璃心 #fragile #panda #KimberleyChen #StuartRaj Hi Telegram friends, Have you heard the latest single from Namewee (a very talented and ballsy Malaysian hip hop artist) feat. Kimberley Chen - "Fragile" or 【玻璃心】? The catchy song has been trending in east asia since its release. Partly also because of it's satirical lyrics. I think it's also been banned in China. 🤷♂️ Check it out (if you're not in China) 😜 ▶️ Ссылка скрыта 🕵️ If you're interested in the deeper meanings and the clever connotations of the lyrics and the music video, you can check out this video from Stuart Raj analysing and decoding the song almost frame by frame. ⏯ Ссылка скрыта (35 min) Enjoy! 🔊 Ссылка скрыта

🏕 🌊 👷♂️ #trip #scooter #camping #canyoning #waterfall #stream #grasshopper Hi Telegram friends! A friend took us canyoning on a weekend. We had to rent helmets and life vests for that and decided to camp nearby for two nights. 😊 The camp site was very lovely, but we were exhausted from the canyoning. It must have taken us around six hours or more for the round trip. The current was quite strong - good we brought a walking stick, which we used to cross the stream on the slippery stones. We should have rented the boots as well. 🤷🏻♂️ Some of them had professional climbing gear on where you can tighten a rope to the body and a guy also brought a 15 meter long rope. We actually had to use it to climb up and down some huge boulders. It was a bit scary, but also quite exciting and got my adrenaline pumping. 🤣 At the top of the stream we were rewarded with a big waterfall. On the ride back we had a little hitchhiker for about half an hour. Thanks for reading! 📢 Ссылка скрыта

🇨🇳 🤔 🇹🇼 #discussion #issues #china #taiwan #risk #war #politics #us #Harvard #bonnie #glaser Hi Telegram friends, Here's a thorough and objective presentation + discussion on the risk of China attacking Taiwan by the Fairbank center at Harvard university with Bonnie Glaser. It's worth listening to if you want to inform yourself about the current situation, even if you're not an expert. Be warned: it's about 1 hour 15 minutes long. 😜 Ссылка скрыта One of the main takeaways: Bonnie thinks it's unlikely that China will attack Taiwan (based on her analysis). The audience also voted on a live poll. And about 60% agree with Bonnie's opinion. 📢 Ссылка скрыта

🌐 💲 🌎 #blockchain #crypto #currency #cardano #ada #summit #keynote #future #vision #video #charles #hoskinson #iohk Hi Telegram friends, I've been somewhat interested in cryptocurrencies for a few years now and have only discovered Cardano (Ada) earlier this year. Like many others I've started investing to earn some profits as passive income, but after learning more about Cardano's vision for the future I was convinced that it's much more than just about financial gains. It's soo much more, that I don't think I'd be able to explain it to you. Last weekend was the first Cardano summit around the world and showcased what's there to come in the near future. If you are interested you can watch Charles Hoskinson's Opening Keynote speech on youtube (45min): Ссылка скрыта Or check out Ссылка скрыта for more information on Cardano, the technology, philosophy and community. As usual feel free to comment if you have any questions. 😊 Cheers!
