Beyond individual stocks, the analysis highlights diversification and risk management as key themes in investor behavior. Romanian investors increased their exposure to global ETFs to access both developed and emerging markets, while also turning to money market ETFs such as XEОN.EU and CSХ5.EU as defensive options during periods of economic volatility. By the end of 2025, Freedom24 recorded an increase of approximately 9 percent in the number of Romanian users, reaching over 4,300 active customers.
